Shipping Conditions

We ship to the entire Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and internationally. We offer the possibility to pick up the goods at our warehouse free of charge. Free shipping to the Peninsula and European Union countries from €70 order, except bulky products (islands not included). Kayaks, rigid boards and bulky items with a volumetric weight greater than 20kg will be excluded from free shipping.

Shipping Time

Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. The approximate delivery times are Peninsula, Spain and Portugal: 1 to 3 business days Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands: 5 business days Balearic Islands: 5 business days Europe: 3 to 10 business days Other countries: according to the shipping company The order tracking will be done through a tracking code that will be provided by email. All our orders include transport insurance. Once the goods have been received, you must check that everything is in perfect condition, within 24 hours of receipt. If there is any deterioration caused by the shipping company, you must report it within that 24-hour period, ideally as soon as possible, in order to claim insurance and make appropriate changes.

Returns & Exchange

During the promotional campaigns that the company carries out, the customer can take advantage of exclusive discounts. If the company's needs increase the discount percentage on the purchased product, unless otherwise specified, a refund will be made. The return of the product will be accepted, as long as it is within the withdrawal period and the product is in the original packaging and in perfect condition. A refund will not be made but a voucher will be provided for the amount to be spent on any Nauticmar products. Orders placed during November, December and January of the period, may request a return until 31/01/ of the following period.
