We ship to the entire Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and internationally. We offer the possibility of picking up the merchandise at our warehouse free of charge.

Free shipping to the Peninsula and European Union countries on orders over 70€, except bulky products (islands not included). Excluded from free shipping are kayaks, rigid boards, and bulky items whose volumetric weight is greater than 20kg, for which the shipping costs specified below will be charged.

All our orders include transport insurance. Once you receive the merchandise, you must inspect everything within 24 hours of receipt to ensure it's in perfect condition.     For the rest of the products considered non-bulky (less than 20kg, inflatable material, and accessories), the shipping charges for both home delivery and pickup will be 30€. The customer will pay the IGIC upon product delivery, plus the import customs clearance (approximately 20€-25€).

    Delivery and billing times for rigid kayaks in the Canary Islands:

    For shipments to the Canary Islands, billing is done without VAT (DAP Conditions). The customer will pay the IGIC upon delivery of the product plus the customs management of the import (approximately 20€-25€).

    Shipments to the Canary Islands are made in a maritime container with a weekly departure every Friday for all orders made before 11:00 am on Thursday. Delivery time on the main islands (Gran Canaria and Tenerife) of 4 to 5 business days*.

    Delivery time on smaller islands is 7 to 8 business days*. The count starts on the Friday of the week in which the order was made. When purchasing the product, the corresponding shipping costs will be paid.

    The customer will choose delivery at the branch or at home. In the case of selecting the option of delivery at the branch, once the goods are dispatched, the transport company will contact the customer to proceed with the pick up.

    *Except in extraordinary situations due to weather, natural disasters or states of exception. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

    Order tracking

    The ORDER TRACKING will be done through a tracking code that will be provided to you by email.

    All our orders include transport insurance. Once the goods are received, you must check that everything is in perfect condition, within the next 24 hours after receiving it. If there is any damage caused by the transport company, you must communicate it within this 24-hour period, preferably as soon as possible, in order to claim insurance and make the necessary changes.

    NAUTICMAR SL works to ensure the security of transactions with our customers, and for this reason, we only work with the most secure payment methods. All communications with sensitive data are secured through an SSL certificate.

    NAUTICMAR SL will not store any sensitive payment information in the databases of nauticmar.com. The only information that will be stored on nauticmar.com is contact information in order to effectively process an order."


    Considering Law 37/1992 on VAT, the prices of our products include VAT at 21%. In the summary of your purchase, the product amount, taxes, and shipping costs, if applicable, will be specified. The applicable VAT rate according to Law 37/1992 on Value Added Tax will be as follows:

    For orders destined within Spanish territory (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), the VAT rate will be 21% on the accumulated taxable base of goods and transportation.

    For orders to other EU Member States, the VAT will be calculated according to the legal provisions depending on whether the customer is a final consumer.

    For orders destined to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and all other countries not part of the European Union, the deliveries will be exempt from VAT under Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of taxes and duties according to the regulations in force in each territory.

    Prices may change, but they will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has been sent.

    In the following steps of the purchase process, you will need to fill in the information requested at each step.     Occasional promotional campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, and sales)

    During the company's promotional campaigns, the customer can take advantage of exclusive discounts. If, due to business needs, the percentage of discount on the purchased product increases, a refund will be made without exception. The return of the product will be accepted, provided that it is within the withdrawal period and the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition. No refund will be made, but a gift card in the corresponding amount will be provided to be used for the purchase of any product at Nauticmar.

    Orders placed during November, December, and January 2022 can request a return until 31/01/2023."

    • Payment by bank card

      By clicking, you confirm that the card belongs to you. If you choose this payment method, you will enter the secure website of our financial institution, where you will be asked for your card number and expiration date. For your peace of mind, LA CAIXA guarantees absolute security, as both your personal data and those of your card are encrypted through the SSL secure server provided by this financial institution.

      Your credit card data is not recorded in any database but goes directly to the bank's POS (Point of Sale). At no time does NAUTICMAR S.L. receive your card data, only the payment confirmation.

      You can pay for your purchases with your Visa or Mastercard credit card. To do so, the secure platform of Paypal will be used, where you will be asked to provide some basic information to proceed with the payment.

      You can make the payment by DEPOSIT or BANK TRANSFER from your own bank to the account that our company has open in LA CAIXA. It is essential that you indicate your order number when making the transfer in order to identify your payment.

    How to Place an Order

    To place an order, you need to follow the "online" purchase procedure and finally click on "PLACE ORDER".

    Delivery of items

    It will be understood that the "delivery" has occurred at the moment you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the product, which is evidenced by the signature of the order receipt.

    If it is impossible to make the delivery to the agreed address, the transport agency will arrange an alternative delivery with you.

    If, for any reason, we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of the circumstances and give you the option to cancel the order or arrange another delivery date.

    Right of withdrawal

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 natural days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 natural days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier,

    acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at hello@nauticmar.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. You can use the withdrawal form template below, although its use is not mandatory.

    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your communication concerning the exercise of this right is sent before the relevant period expires.

    Exception: Orders placed during November, December, and January 2022 can request a refund until 31/01/2023.

    Refunds and Consequences of Withdrawal

    In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event, no later than 14 natural days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

    We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. In the event that the product has been used and does not present any manufacturing defects, a deduction for the loss of value due to its use may be made when being refunded.

    We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided evidence of their return, whichever condition is met first.     Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

    The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (except in the case of an error or defect in the purchased product or service) if the delivered goods to the Customer have been used beyond what would be necessary to verify if it meets the Customer's expectations, expressly excluding any use of the product in any aqueous medium.

    Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for in article 103 (Exceptions to the right of withdrawal) of Law 3/2014 of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. Thus, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

    a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with his acknowledgement that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

    b) The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

    d) The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

    e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

    f) The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

    g) The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot control.

    h) Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the entrepreneur to visit him for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance; if, during that visit, the entrepreneur provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than replacement parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods.

    i) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been opened by the consumer and user after delivery.

    j) The supply of daily newspapers, periodical publications or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

    k) Contracts concluded through public auctions.

    l) The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transport of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.

    m) The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium when the performance has begun with the consumer and user's prior express consent and acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

    Right to modify these conditions

    We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions. The changes made will not have retroactive effect. If you do not agree with the changes, we recommend that you do not use our website.

    Applicable Law

    The use of our website and purchase contracts through our website will be governed by Spanish law.

    Any dispute that arises will be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts and tribunals unless otherwise provided by Consumer and User legislation.

    In February 2022, a new platform was launched to help consumers and traders resolve disputes related to online purchases. This interactive and multilingual platform allows consumers and traders to submit complaints by filling out an electronic form available in all official languages of the European Union (including Norwegian and Icelandic) and to attach relevant documents.

    The CEC, as the contact point in Spain, will automatically forward the complaint to the competent national alternative dispute resolution entity agreed upon by the parties, which is required to conclude the procedure within ninety days.
