Shipments between 4 and 8 working days

All our shipments of demountable kayaks for the Canary Islands are from the peninsula, so our delivery time varies between 5 and 7 working days (weekends and holidays are not counted) depending on the island where you live. Except in extraordinary situations due to weather, natural disasters or states of emergency.

In addition, you should know that shipments to the Canary Islands are made by sea container with a weekly departure every Friday for all orders placed before 11:00 am on Thursday. 

Any claim for breakage must be made in writing within 48 hours of delivery of the goods. Claims for shortage will only be attended if it has been indicated in the delivery note and the documentation has been presented in writing 48h after its shipment.

Prices without IGIC and customs charges

For shipments of demountable kayaks to the Canary Islands billing is done without VAT (in DAP conditions), this means that once you receive the product you must pay the shipping costs that correspond to the shipment from the mainland to the destination delegation: the IGIC, plus the import customs clearance which is around 20 €-25 €.
