The NEPTUNE 12´6 "2020 is a board built in DOUBLE TECH, this is double Air chamber. The separate inner chamber ensures a buoyancy of 50% (of the total board floatation), thus guaranteeing the safety of the navigator. in case of a problem in the water; and the added chamber that has a construction with additional air pillars and side walls in the area where the user is kept, which will help to improve the rigidity of the board by 30%.
With the double chamber construction you will have the feeling of navigating on a rigid board.
Likewise, the NEPTUNE 12´6 "2020 table has a DOUBLE LAYER, which makes it an extra rigid and ultra light table".
Fused double layer technology is recognized as the premier construction process. This high-end material technology that applies to all Aztron inflatable paddle boards (except the Lunar and Mercury).
They are endowed with a second layer of upper PVC assembled by fusion to the upper layer. Using this technique mechanically, all kinds of human error are effectively avoided in the traditional double-layer process. As this entire process is done prior to assembly, it creates incredible stiffness and torsional grip which leads to a mix of performance, quality and lightness.
As a result, fusion technology is the future, providing an innovative and even stronger material using a less demanding fusion construction in glue; In other words, the merged Aztron stand up paddle will last longer.
